Saloğlu

A premium digital showroom designed from the ground up to help Saloğlu present its furniture collections to individual and corporate buyers across local and international markets.

Year :

2024

Industry :

Furniture Manufacturing & Retail

Client :

Saloğlu Mebel

Project Duration :

1–2 months

Building a Digital Showroom for Saloğlu :

Created from the ground up in 2024, the project aimed to introduce Saloğlu’s newly opened furniture factory and showcase its collections to individual and corporate buyers across local and international markets.

As the freelance UX/UI Designer, I owned the complete design process—from research and information architecture to desktop and mobile UI, client validation and final handoff. The project took approximately 1–2 months and was later developed and launched.

Organising a Broad Furniture Portfolio :

Furniture buyers do not always begin with a specific product. Individual customers may explore by room or style, while corporate buyers often need clearer categories and technical information.

The challenge was to combine inspirational discovery, structured product browsing and practical details without losing Saloğlu’s premium visual character.

Connecting Inspiration, Information and Store Visits :

The website was structured as a digital showroom rather than a checkout-first store. Users could move from room concepts and product categories to detailed product information, then continue to the most relevant showroom or contact channel.

This connected inspiration, practical evaluation and physical retail within one continuous journey.

Designing for Discovery and Decisions :

The catalogue offered two clear ways to explore: room-based concepts for inspiration and product categories for focused browsing. Popular, new, discounted and outlet collections supported different shopping intentions.

Product pages combined visual galleries with dimensions, technical descriptions and downloadable PDF/CAD resources to support more informed decisions.

A Consistent Experience Across Every Screen :

The mobile experience was designed as more than a reduced desktop layout. Navigation, content hierarchy, product cards and technical resources were reorganised for smaller screens while preserving the same visual identity.

Horizontal browsing kept collections compact, while vertically stacked product details made key information and downloads easier to scan.

The final design connected inspiration, product discovery, technical evaluation and showroom access across desktop and mobile.

Designed from the ground up and delivered within 1–2 months, the website was developed and launched as Saloğlu’s digital showroom for local and international audiences.
